Blow mold manufacturing method

Abstract

PURPOSE: A blow mold manufacturing method is provided to reduce appreciably a manufacturing time of a blow mold by using 3-dimensional CAD system and a light modeling apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A value corresponding to a mold shape to be manufactured is mapped as 3-dimensional CAD data(step1,2). A product mold is performed 3-dimensional modeling using 3-dimensional CAD system, and converted into an STL format. STL data of the STL format is sliced. Overlapping points are searched from the sliced data, and then a cross sectional information is completed by making a closed loop. The mold is machined through a laser working at a light modeling apparatus using the sliced shape data. A light hardening resin is radiated by a laser beam along the mold shape based on the 3-dimensional CAD data, and hardened. The light hardening resin of a liquid state is coated at the harden resin, and harden repeatedly. Therefore, the desired mold is completed by stacking the light hardening resin(step3).
본 발명은 블로우 금형의 제작 기간을 단축시킬 수 있는 블로우 금형 제작방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 블로우 금형의 제작방법에 있어서, 상기 금형의 형상에 대응되는 3차원 값을 캐드(CAD) 데이터화하는 단계와; 상기 3차원 캐드 데이터에 의한 금형 형상에 따라 레이저빔을 액체상태의 광경화성 수지에 조사하여 경화하는 단계와, 상기 경화된 광경화성 수지에 액체상태의 광경화성 수지를 재차 도포하고 경화하는 단계를 반복하여 광경화성 수지를 적층함에 따라 금형을 제작한다.
