Abstract

입자 크기가 180 ㎛ 이하인 입자의 함량이 균일계 고체 촉매의 총 중량 100 중량% 에 대해 15 중량% 이하인 균일계 고체 촉매의 존재 하에 기상에서 올레핀을 중합하는 단계를 포함하는 올레핀 중합체의 제조 방법이 제공된다.
PURPOSE: To provide a vapor phase olefin polymerization method which is made preventive against a sheeting (the formation of a sheety mass) occurring due to poor heat removal caused by the fluidized-bed-forming particles adhered to the inside wall of a reactor by the static electricity built up by friction among the particles or between the particles and the inside wall and is therefore capable of producing a polymer in good efficiency in a vapor phase olefin polymerization method in which solid catalyst particles are used in a fluidized bed reactor. CONSTITUTION: The vapor phase olefin polymerization method uses a homogeneous catalyst in which the percentage by weight of the solid catalyst particles with a particle diameter of at most 180 μm is at most 15 wt.%, more desirably, a homogeneous catalyst in which the percentage by weight of the solid catalyst particles with a particle diameter of at most 180 mm is at most 15 wt.%, and the percentage by weight of the solid catalyst particles with at most 125 μm is at most 3 wt.%.
